Just had a new 5 ton install! Awesome follow through from start to finish. I noticed a great attention to detail on my install! So impressed! I can’t believe how much better my house cools now!
On a Sunday morning, my AC stopped working and I texted J&M after seeing so many great reviews online. They called me back immediately and were at my door within an hour! Super friendly, explained what was wrong, and had the capacitor replaced in no time. The price was fair, the service was professional, and it gave me peace of mind knowing it was done right. It’s rare to find such fast and reliable services, especially on a Sunday! I would absolutely recommend J&M to anyone needing AC work.
Fantastic A/C company. Direct communication with the owners who are reliable people that are not trying to screw you over. Our air-conditioning unit went out over Labor Day weekend, and they were immediately out that day to get it fixed without surcharging us. Fantastic company.
Very rude on the phone
Our a/c stopped and working and I called J & M. Mike tried to trouble shooting with me and it didnt work, so he came right out and found a burned fuse. Thank you Mike for taking the time to come out and troubleshoot our system. He found it right away and had us up and running!
