The worst thing that can happen here in Arizona is waking up to an 80 degree house and AC not working! I called J and M Cooling and Heating at 6:45 on a Friday morning, talked to Mile, he got me scheduled for an 8:00 to 12:00 appointment At 7:45 Jason arrived at my house and by 8:00 my AC was back up and running. That is beyond 5 star service! If you need HVAC service call these guys. They are Honest good guys!!!
We are very impressed with the quality of the install on our new Mitsubishi mini split. The installers came out on time and were very professional. The garage was throughly cleaned after installing the unit and insulation. We would recommend J&M to anyone looking for a good honest AC contractor!
Came home to a very warm home on a Saturday evening. Called J&M and Mike responded and came by within a couple hours. Luckily it was an easy fix! He was professional, friendly and I knew he wouldn’t try to sell me on things that weren’t broken! Prices are affordable- even in emergent situations. Highly recommend!
Mike came out on a Sunday and fixed our AC problem same day. No more sleeping on the couch! Excellent honest service!
J&M were amazing. I have two HVAC systems at my house. Both units are old, manufactured in 1999 and we’ve been wanting to replace them. One of the units recently went out, so we knew it was time to get new ones. Reached out to J&M, and Mike came out to give me an estimate. He was very professional and answered all of my questions.
