Mike Butcher was not only professional and flexible, but incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and conscientious in completed his work. We could not be more delighted with our newly painted 3 season room!
Mike's crew did a good job, and Mike was very responsive after the job was done to fix those last details.
J&M Commercial Painting is a great company to work with. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they make sure that even challenging parts of a project (in our case, water-stained wood that needed cleaned before varnishing) are done to the highest standard. Communications regarding our project were clear and timely, and the company was also flexible when it came to working around our schedule. We would highly recommend them.
I am writing this review about 20 months after hiring this company to paint basically my entire house. Not only was the it problematic with the team in the process and timing of getting the job completed, there are multiple issues that I had including having to clean up loads of trash and materials that they left. But at this point the issue is that they did was not appropriately prepare the surfaces of both walls and trim for the paint to adhere. I wish I could give Mike a better review. The job started off smooth & well priced. Yet near the end I had to check over work repeatedly as well have his team come do things over. They left thinking the job was done without any communication yet left things completely unpainted, others needed a second covering and so many little things where not done.
