What a great bunch of people who work at J & M! Really professional and really knowledgeable. Mostly they do commercial doors and hardware but are diverse and knowledgeable in all things doors!
Terrible experience on a commercial project. John came out multiple times, messed up timelines, forgot to order doors, sent wrong thresholds hasn't returned calls and last time we heard from him it was "it will get here when it gets here." But, of course, always have a check ready when delivery comes. He claims to be "busy as hell" but its more busy not giving a s***! Avoid at all costs or you'll be months behind as we are.
