Honest and reliable
Real nice folks, was able to squeeze me in last minute for an inspection. They came highly recommended as quality work and honest
I highly recommend J&M automotive. I had a lighting issue with my gmc Isuzu and landscape trailer. I was in a pinch and J&M came through for me and got it done quick for a reasonable price. Murph and Zack were extremely helpful.
So their mechanic service is fairly good, but the customer service is terrible. The people at the desk are not friendly and act like they don't want to be there. They don't call you to give you updates on your car. When I come in, they somehow have no record of me or my vehicles despite going several times. When I call to get an update, they gave an update on someone else's car.
