RecommendedMy SUV was detailed today, both exterior and interior! The vehicle was a mess after a long summer of road trips! J & M did a phenomenal job! My Murano looks Brand new! I plan on taking our other SUV now as well!

I phoned to make an appointment and was told I could get my vehicle in for a detailing in two weeks. The date was June 18 at 8 a.m.to get my car done. When I went in today to get my car detailed, they had me down for a July 18 appt. Now that would have been 6 weeks out, not two weeks. Someone put my appt. at the wrong date so I was not able to get my car done. No apology for my inconvenience, no acknowledgement that they erred, no nothing. The people skills there are sorely lacking. They wasted my time
Extremely professional , courteous, and an outstanding quality of work. These folks not only work on our personal vehicles but also our vehicles at Independence Honda. Very highly recommended and knowledge of both dealer and aftermarket accessories second to none! The family at J and M have been in the car business for years! They know their stuff!

My car is 4 years old, and although I'm the primary driver and didn't think my interior was too bad, I didn't realize HOW dirty it was until I picked my car up and saw that it looked like new....inside and out! Very accommodating business, and loved the job and service! Thanks!!
