I appreciate the follow through!
This place took over a week to respond. When they did, they sent an email at 1, telling me that the auction was tomorrow, and viewing was open until 5. This was great because I worked until 3 and live at least an hour away. Quite poor communication. Needless to say I didn't even manage to look at the car let alone buy.

We are a small family run company that keeps our overhead low to insure that we keep the cost to our customers as low as possible. Sometimes this does mean that the several hundred inquiries a week do not always get answered in the same time frame that a larger, pricier dealership would be able to provide. Friendly and courteous, I purchased a vehicle at their auction at a good price.
Dealer put us off, we set days to take off work rent a car to drive there, he put us off again. After saying he was not available on several days, he text us and said "the car was sold" on a day he was not able to meet us ???
they responded to my inquiry very quickly answered all my questions
