They need to learn how to change oil !! They screwed up my oil change! I had to get a new car cause they blew my engine! Never will go there again and I have many complaints about them after the effects so I do not recommend them I rate them a 1!!!
The guys at the chums corner location (Scott, Frank, and Cody) really saved me today. They helped me get my license plate swapped on my car which was stuck with a really stubborn stripped bolt. They were so kind and patient and understanding of my predicament! Thank you so much for your time, I’ll always recommend you guys!

Looked at my $80 bill after getting a full synthetic oil change, and it says window washing and vacuuming were "completed" They were never even offered to me!
They broke the bolts removing the skid plate on my Toyota and left the pieces hanging underneath. I noticed rattling on the way home and crawled under my vehicle and saw the broken bolts and shield just hanging under my car. I would not recommend Jlune on fourteenth street. They are incompetent.
Best oil change place in Traverse City! Clean, friendly and just top notch!
