They where parked in a no parking space.. so that my elderly neighbor could not get in.. he was with a customer so I did not approach him .. but called him after I left . he proceeded to cuss me out and leave rude messages that I have saved on my phone... the he messaged me about how rude I was but deleted me the next sec. We called J Lock and set up an appointment for Steve to come give us a bid for outdoor cameras and an inside monitor. He made the appointment but never showed up. He called 3 hours later to apologize for not showing up and told us he'd come the next day. We waited around all day and he never showed up or even gave us a call. He called us the next day asking if we were available. Why do business with someone who runs a business like this???? There are too many other companies to work with.

RecommendedFast, friendly, reliable service! Steve came and fixed a lock that was installed by a big national brand company that refused to honor their warranty. Since then I have used them for several other keying projects. Steve was very professional and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing these services
