This people are very rude .. they got made because I said wow inside there store so they didn’t even give me store credit . Or any thing they are very unprofessional and right after this review I will be calling the business bureau about this unprofessional place and they also selling stolen products
Watch your money they over charge and say oh its taxes unless tax is 10% which it is not. They cheating people. Paid 30.00 fir 27.82 worth of items.

Jlo on Bearss Hair Store is the truth! They have great prices, run awesome deals, and the customer service is top tier. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their products. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend checking them out!
I want to thank Abdul for his EXCELLENT customer service and big thanks for being so knowledgeable about the hair. I was not having the best day and I was undecided about what curl pattern I wanted. I showed him a picture and we talked about options and he literally made my day better and my shopping experience EASY. Not to mention the DEALS he showed me and explaining the different grades of hair. THANK YOU ABDUl.
