This past winter was very hard on my 18+ year old roof, so I decided to replace it and get some estimates. My criteria was to get a good quality roof for a reasonable price. Of the 4 estimates, one was completely ridiculous (price), and one was in the range of what I thought it should cost, but higher than the other 2 estimates that were within $500 of each other.
