They told me to write my name in the book promised to call me back to book an appointment and never did. In response/update - No you told me you would call me back to sort an appointment out either way, that was my understanding. Either way - thank you for the apology. The correct thing to have done would have been to call me back like you said and found out my requirements. I had such a great experience getting my hair done! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Nene was professional, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. My hair turned out even better than I imagined— I did a big chop, color and style. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality hair care!
