You should absolutely consider this business closed. I am not sure if I was their last customer, but they jerked me around for about a year with every type of excuse before I had to find another contractor to start the job, but they never returned my deposit.

Great service. Knowledgeable employees. Very professional and got the job done in a decent amount of time.
I loved the design and beginning of the experience with Jay and his crew but after two years and over $200,000 spent, the work was never completed and my final permit never signed off. I have contacted them too many times and been promised results just to have nothing happen again. While my work is beautiful, not finishing the job is most frustrating.
