Made my mother's experience a living hell, trying to kick her out the day she arrived, and won't listen to what she has to say. Just go to a different hospital, because this isn't worth the doctor's behavior.
Exceptional and efficient care team! Very impressed.
The cardiac transplant team is amazing. BUT the hospital is dirty, makes it incredibly hard for families to stay with 20+ yesr old broken seating in the ICU waiting rooms, filthy bathrooms, and guards who are not allowing families to sit in the lower level waiting room which is more comfortable and a bit cleaner forcing families to stay in filthy waiting rooms with broken water fountains and disgusting bathrooms. So grateful for the medical team. So disgusted with the corporation.
They are very professional and abiding always. If feels good to feel safe in other's hands.
