We love J & L RV. It is a family owned independent business. We go out of our way to get all of our service done by Joe, who walks through the RV with us when we drop it off in the morning and reviews his work personally when we pick up the RV in the afternoon. If he feels we do not need a certain product he will tell us. For example, we were thinking of adding additional solar panels which he advised were not necessary.
