I wish I never came here. I came in for a refill and left with nails that were very thick, crooked, and not coffin-shaped. Her work seemed very rushed. I came in the next day and asked the same woman who did my nails how they could be fixed. She said I didn't need to get them removed and start over like I suggested. She said they just needed to be reshaped and that she had people coming. She scrubbed away at my nails with a file in a rush and as a lady walked in, she told me again that she had people waiting.
