Receptionist and myself were very polite to each other up until I asked for a quote to be scheduled. I was then asked to wait one moment, then the connection to the call was dropped and my number was blocked. A very unprofessional first impression.
This company has run me around trying to get an inspection to repair our ducting. They are responsive and answer their calls and call me back as promised, but they made multiple appointments where their contractors did not show up. At this final appointment attempt, we went back and forth working to get an update on when the workers would arrive (up to 5 hours after the scheduled time) and they let me know they don't have anyone in the area to help and that I should contact someone else available in the area.
