Horrible experience, they installed an hvac system in my mothers house, which has had nonstop issues for the past 2 years. Had multiple other hvac companies come to us bewildered after looking at it wondering why the duct-work and zones were installed the way it was and made no sense. They setup a 2 stage condenser to run with a 1 stage furnace, this with the bad duct work limited the condenser to only run at 60-70% capacity.
