Leana did a FANTASTIC job on my birthday nails!
My mom and I love J and L! We've been coming for almost a decade, starting when I was around 7, and still as I'm in college now! Their prices are incredibly reasonable, we're always seen on time for our appointments, and they're incredibly efficient. We've started to come more regularly in the last few years and we love it more than ever. If I'm ever home for a weekend from college, I always make sure to stop in for nails that will last me until the next time I can come home!
I have been a customer for years at J&L and the customer service aspect of the business is declining. The purpose of making an appointment is to be seen for your appointment time. Every time I come in, I'm waiting to be sat at a station. Sometimes 30-40 min. What is the point of making an appointment if you're waiting past the scheduled time. Had an appointment on Tuesday and by Thursday all of my nails were chipping. I asked for dip two different times and received a gel manicure. I called on Friday and I was told I could come in at anytime to get my nails fixed and dip like I asked for. I spoke with Vicky on the phone and when I came in and she was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning.
