Very disappointing experience. The technician was rough, rude, and seemed frustrated the entire time. She didn’t give clear instructions, made mistakes, and handled my hands so aggressively that it actually hurt. I had to ask her to stop. Definitely not a professional or comfortable service. They charged 68 for the most terrible customer experience.
This place is very very horrible , the way they do nails and their customer service is trash . I just walked out crying . Filling humiliated . I tried telling the man at the front desk “ hey I been coming here I pay good I give tip I’m not happy with the work I been getting & he starts yelling in front of everybody saying “well don’t come here anymore. Love love love this nail salon. Been going there for 17 years. Everyone is friendly and personable. Great color selection. Never disappoints!!!
This was my first time here, and I had such terrible customer service that I will NOT be returning again. I arrived at 6:10pm with my friend in hopes to have relaxing girls night out pedicures since we are both busy moms who never get fun evenings out. Anyways, the whole appointment was super rushed, the pedicure lasted probably 10 minutes max and they essentially kicked me out of the massage chair, rushed me through the nail drying process, and then kicked us out the door by 6:40. Confirmed they take credit cards and once girls were completed they said they dont take credit cards on Sundays. Makes no sense. Nails were done as asked just lacking on service- you either take cards or you dont.
