Not a good experience unfortunately. I got a gel mani and pedi. The gel manicure started peeling after just one week, and the pedicure felt more like a quick makeover than a real detailed pedicure service. I don’t mind paying for good quality service, but this did not meet my expectations.

I thought I had found my new nail salon with this one, but I think your experience will depend on who you get as your nail tech when you come here. The first time I had a Hispanic girl and she was very good. She took my direction very well. The next time I had the guy and he was very kind and very good at what he does. But today I had a young Asian girl who seemed to be very nervous and not very good. I could tell from the start that she needed more training. Very disappointing experience. The technician was rough, rude, and seemed frustrated the entire time. She didn’t give clear instructions, made mistakes, and handled my hands so aggressively that it actually hurt. I had to ask her to stop. Definitely not a professional or comfortable service. They charged 68 for the most terrible customer experience.

This place is very very horrible , the way they do nails and their customer service is trash . I just walked out crying . Filling humiliated . I tried telling the man at the front desk “ hey I been coming here I pay good I give tip I’m not happy with the work I been getting & he starts yelling in front of everybody saying “well don’t come here anymore. He didn’t even listen to me . I payed 180$ for my nails and feet . I literally had to ask for my cuticles to be done & the back of my foot to be scrubbed . She still had a ner... read more
