I’m really disappointed with my experience. I got a gel manicure 4 days ago and the nail prep was extremely minimal. They barely prepped my nails before applying the gel, and unfortunately, it shows. It’s only been a few days and nearly all of my gel polish is already chipped, lifting, and peeling off. I’ve had plenty of gel manicures elsewhere that have lasted 2–3 weeks without this happening, so this is definitely not normal. The nail technicians do a nice enough job, which is why I continued coming here. However, appointments seem meaningless because there is almost always a wait. If I wanted to wait, I would just walk in instead of scheduling an appointment. When I tried to express my frustration, I was told that maybe I should do a walk-in next time, which completely missed the point. Decent work quality, but poor appointment management and customer service when concerns are raised.
Very nice staff but my acrylics fell off after 5 days. This has never happened to me before
