I got the runaround from the dealer getting an appointment and never even got an estimate after 2 weeks. I went to J & L Collision without and appointment and was given an immediate estimate. I got my car back on the date promised for the exact cost of the estimate. Honestly, I was expecting them to "find something else" and jack up the price.
