While I have never experienced a rude call from a representative, the first time I contacted this company was a bit odd. They person with whom I spoke took my information and told me that someone would be in touch, then after a few days I received a call. I found out that they charge an exorbanant processing fee-whether you pay by phone w/credit card, by check or online-for a $50 payment they wanted to charge a $12 processing fee!
