I had a great experience at JL Auto Care. The people were very helpful, professional, and took the time to help me refill my hybrid car engine coolant. They explained everything clearly and made sure my car was safe to drive. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service.

gracias por su amabilidad un dia andaba batallando con mi troka. i llegue i le pregunte al dueño que no savia que tenia tomo tiempo.de su dia la checo me dijo que tenia que fuera por la parte i en menos de diez minutos arreglo mi troka Dios le bendiga su negocio i a su familia i gracias por aquel dia 100% recomendado

This is just your typical chop shop type mechanic... Dropped an old vehicle off to try and get it running. Told me it needed $2k of work. I did roughly $900 of that and then the next day he said it wouldn't start and needed a new alternator. I did that and its running okay now. He finished the alternator around 2pm that day and he said to come get it. I told him I would try to pick it up later that day or tomorrow. He said fine. I am from out of state and to register while out of state, you must provide some sort of receipt or invoice that the vehicle is not in the home state. I thought okay easy day, I can just ask these guys to perform a safety inspection really quick. Walked up and asked the first employee I saw. He didnt seem to understand what I was asking for so he grabbed someone else, I assume the owner, and I asked “can you perform an inspection”.
