No-showed to the appraisal appointment 3 times in a row without an explanation. It delayed my closing by over a month and I had to pay a penalty for extending my closing date. Completely unprofessional.
They provide False measurements to the Lenders. The guy Joseph Z Liang came to my house, spent a lot of time measuring everything and gave inaccurate measurement of my lot size which directly impacted my loan. My lot is more than 10000sqft where as he wrote it as 6000sqft in his appraisal report. This impacted my home's value by significant amount. Pls beware of these guys.
Had a great experience with this company, they were very accommodating with my Covid needs. It was quick and efficient. I got my report with 7 business days and any questions I had afterwards the owner of the company answered. I would highly recommend.
If I could give this place less stars I would. I paid for my appraisal, never got a call to have it scheduled. When I called the company to schedule my appraisal they let me know they were not scheduling appraisals at this time due to covid 19. I called back a week later and spoke to the owner and they said this was not true. So he scheduled an appointment for a week later. He says that's the earliest they had.
