No just no. Outrageous pricing, maintenance contract no valid on weekends, low level knowledge would rather sell a new one instead of fixing. AC is dead! Got it fixed for $80. If you give feedback they don't like, you go to the bottom of the call list. Bottom line, not trustworthy.
