I was disappointed with my experience. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone, and after finally connecting, I was asked to pay in cash, which felt unprofessional. The haircut itself was acceptable, but the appointment took much longer than expected. Unfortunately, the stylist came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the lack of communication and customer service overshadowed the quality of the haircut. I wouldn’t return based on the overall experience.
Amazing experience! I’m wintering in Long Key- needed and update and refresh for my curls! Boy did I get it! Best hair cut I’ve ever had! Cut it dry-washed and towel dried offer-very little product and off I went! Took two weeks to get in, because they are busy-FOR A REASON. Very nice small family owned business I can’t say enough good things! Definitely be back:)
I love this hair salon! I am a college student now and still travel back home to get my hair colored here. This is the only establishment I trust and their products are high quality.
Pretty and Relaxing salon - Jamie listened to my fine hair complaints and gave me a great cut that I can work with :)
