Absolute worst appraiser in Baton Rouge area, currently buying a home and this appraiser was chosen randomly. Openly admitted to making mistakes on the appraisal that affected the value of the home and refused to correct the mistakes made. Obtained the year of the home from the attic drop down and used homes in the area for comps that were not even close to the same style of home being appraised. Kendrick really took care of me, made me feel like family and I really appreciated that.
Kendrick Talbot cannot be trusted. Owns rental property and scams people out their deposits. I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him!!
