The heater on my spa quit working. I called the maker of the spa and they told me that the heater was no longer made and I needed to replace the whole motherboard and heater unit. Not a cheap or easy endeavor. Jeff was able to fix the existing heater at a fraction of the cost. He was quick and friendly. You want to use this guy for any spa repair or anything else he does. As my kids say "10 out of 10 would recommend". Jeff, thanks so much,

I contacted Jeff via his website. After a lot of work on my own to repair my steam shower, I was asking for help. He called me the following day, and when I described my problem, he told me that I probably had the control panel connected incorrectly the new PCB that I had installed. He was exactly right. I rechecked it and corrected the mistake. It works perfectly. Jeff was very helpful and clearly knew what he was doing. I could not ask for a better support.

Brian was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing and repairing our sauna. Couldn’t recommend this company more.
