I called in reference to a house that I wanted to view at 11am. We set up an appointment for 5pm that day. When I spoke to John (the listed seller for that house on the website) on the phone he asked if I had gone to get pre-approval paperwork yet and I said no. I asked if we needed that to view the house and he said no.
