Owner needs to learn how to communicate! He said $96 for a diagnosis, but never said if you decide not to do the work you get your vehicle back in pieces!

The owner Jeff was very rude after I asked about all the hidden fees he was keeping from me. He told me 288 plus tax and fees. Turned out those fees were far more than I thought and the tax was far less. Either way I walked in and called him because he wasn’t there to take my payment. He told me don’t come back if you’re going to complain. The carb rebuild I did turned out to be a dud. I turn it on and the engine still revs up way too high after the first rev in neutral. I can't say enough great things about this place! It's a local privately owned shop that doesn't just treat you like all the large franchise stores with price gouging, crazy height rates, upselling and techs that aren't knowledgeable. Whether I was speaking to the tech Mike or the owner they all were extremely polite and happy to help in my situation. Jeff & JK Cycles did an amazing job restoring my grandfathers motorcycle. It had been sitting in a garage for close to 12 years and Jeff came and picked it up and I had it back in a few weeks running as smooth as before. Highly recommend JK Cycles. Professional, high integrity, fair price!
