Be more responsive. The technicians were friendly and appear knowledgeable - but never followed up. Office staff was dismissive, bordering on rude when I reached back out. I understand that everyone gets busy - but if you're too busy for customers - I think it's time to hire more staff or close your doors. RecommendedI needed a plumber and happened to see a van that said J K Plumbing in my neighborhood. Shawn and his brother (the Bush bros) came to the rescue and completely saved my restaurant from a complete shutdown. After calling two different plumbers, we could not go on without a plumbing solution that would stick and maintain so that our customers would not have to do carry out in fear of needing to use the restroom while dining in. Had a great experience with JK Plumbing (brothers Shawn and Levi) on June 30, 2020. They diagnosed and repaired low water pressure issues that had plagued us since moving into our new house over a year ago. The brothers were friendly, respectful, and efficient. Getting a call from them the next day to make sure everything was still going OK was an unexpected but pleasant, shock! If I ever need plumbers in the future, now I know who I will call!!
