James is absolutely amazing! He helped us get a car insurance policy then later helped get my dad's cars insured as well. When my dad hit a deer and had to deal with progressive being uncooperative, he got right on the phone to call the right people. He was very helpful in dealing with that whole situation. Definitely recommend!
We were out of state, needing a progressive ins card printed out. As you being a progressive agent. You could have done so for us. But decided just because we didn't go directly through you, you felt the need to tell us no, in a very rude manner, so we went down two blocks literally and had one printed off.
Great rates, friendlier staff. Everyone is willing to help no matter who you get a hold of! Great team effort all around and great service to boot.
Great experience working with Bryan and team! Knowledgable in discussing options and made it an easy experience. Findings savings was a plus!
