Got a call months ago about wanting to raise my premium from the previous year as in I already paid it in full after it already had passed and didnt hear anything else when I asked to figure out how to fix that. Then nothing for 5 months and I get a collection notice with no warning thinking they worked it out... Canceling this ASAP if not already canceled without me knowing who knows apparently..
I have been with J&K sense 1996 for both business and personal and Keith and his staff has always gone out of there way to help me with my questions and needs.
