My sister bought a 3.6 chevy traverse motor from these guys and Shane told us the SUV was driven in and motor was good , we were at the yard for 2hrs trying to hear this thing start and Shane stated it was a gas leakage and they were pouring fuel in from the top and it will start and shut right back off. He insure us that it was a good motor but when we got it to our mechanic he open up the motor and saw it's was bad and now he doesn't want to warranty it. I was stranded in Festus on a trip and even the dealership didn’t have the part. The J & K team are the most impressive group I’ve ever dealt with. Compassionate, caring, intelligent and really hustled to help. They not only found the main part I needed to get rolling again, but also found the less critical yet still damaged parts for me available at other locations.
