The depreciation of loyalty is mirrored in greed. JJ's switched to an online portal that required it's customers to set up an account and enter banking information for billing purposes. No phone call, no paper statement, just an email. Thinking I was on auto as I have been for nearly 7 YEARS without missing a single payment, I checked my spam an noticed I was one day late and as a consequence charged a $20 late fee.
