The masseuse are amazing. However, the woman with the brown hair who is typically in the front desk is rude. I visit regularly, every 2-3 weeks. I tipped less my last time there, since the massage I got skipped some steps like the scalp and neck areas which is where I hold the most tension. Overall still a good massage, so I still tipped per usual. The women in the front desk kept asking for more money and laughed that I didn’t want to provide 20%.
