I called three small businesses plumbing companies before JJ picked up the phone and I’m glad he did. He asked some questions over the phone so he would be prepared to do the repairs. He arrived early and had everything he needed. JJ did the repair, checked for leaks and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing problems. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS!!!

Such a rarity in the business. Extremely professional, informative, communicative, and just overall unbeatable service. Would absolutely use again and plan to! Had an unusual problem, fairly urgent, he came out same day, talked me through his theory about what was happening and why and walked me through step by step on the best course of action. Made the repairs on the spot and was incredibly thorough. Absolute quality work and very reasonable pricing.

Quality service, responded immediately to my call, arrived on time, explained why I was having the problem (needed new pressure reducing valve), replaced it and also checked out and fixed another minor issue in my home, all while offering cheer and good conversation (and education.....I had no idea what a PRV was or why it was needed). Plumbing problem resolved and all at a very fair price.
