RecommendedWe were seated right away by a friendly young lady. She brought our drinks promptly and took our order. The cook brought out our order, and was extremely nice too. A gentleman, and the same young lady checked back several times to make sure we were good. Great fish and chips!!
Food was good. My crabcakes were some of the best I've had. Service was a bit slow but they were busy. It's hard to find an outdoor patio that is dog friendly, they even bring out bowls of water for each dog!
Delicious. Clam chowder was so good. Great area to walk around too.
Every time I go to JJ’s it seems to be a widely divergent experience—at the same meal. This time I ordered fish and chips, 2 simple, beautiful things, hard to get wrong, yes? The fish was glorious, tasty, moist wrapped in a delicious batter. But the fries were stone cold from the get go. Really good food , we had the best calamari rings so crip & tender 😋 and a salad so summery and tasty I wish we were going back right now for more ! & a friendly staff and anything you wish to split is divided up for you in the kitchen and served beautifull! Any time we ate a boat trip to Paulsbo from Seattle , JJ’s Fish House is our destination
The service was awful and the food was expensive and lacked flavor. We were there around 5:30. The hostess seemed bewildered when we told her we were a group of 8. Looked around as thoUgh there were no tables although right in front of us were two round tables of four. We asked if we could sit there. She hesitated and then said we could. She got us menus. They were out of a couple of things, which came out late during the service. The service was just ok. The is food is uninspired and not even technically well prepared.
