Erica is soo amazing. We started my hair journey coming from a dark brown all-over color, to now a gorgeous strawberry blonde. We did a full-highlight to my previously done red at our last appointment, and I am just so obsessed with how it came out. Lorena did so amazing with my hair and described the treatment process and cut in full detail. She was so gentle and the hair wash was so relaxing!!
