I've had two custom rings designed by this company spanning several years apart. I had a great experience each time. Both where fraternity style rings for two different organizations. They already had a mold made for the first project and just needed to tweak a couple details. The second project was totally custom from start the finish. Mere words cannot explain my satisfaction. I had my “87” City College class ring repaired and I am astounded by the results, professionalism and superb customer service. Mrs Pam and Mrs Donna went “above and beyond” for my satisfaction. Through emails, text messages, phone calls and third party contacts, they were able to exceed my expectations. They really do excellent work. Got my high school ring remade and had my wife's ring resized. It's great to be able to have them to put on our fingers once again. I also saw a ring that they had rebuilt for someone, looks like a million dollar ring and I am sure when the owner comes in for it they will be super happy to see it!
