DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER! They do not follow through with work and work that is done, is done poorly. We never received the contracted 1 year follow up, work that was on the punch list was never completed. You can not reach anyone with the company or their attorney and no one will return a phone call. This is an issue throughout my entire neighborhood. STAY AWAY! These “builders” are amateurs at best. They lie, lie, lie as they look you in the eye. They previously operated under Blue Ribbon and have changed their name most likely due to poor reviews, an “F” BBB rating and what we can only assume is an effort to hide. They don’t honor their duties owed on the walk through slips, hire terrible craftsmen and have no pride in what they produce.
