Had an issue with a vehicle's paperwork being unable to get tags for the vehicle. J&J took the time to try and resolve the problem through the State. The owner was very helpful. The problem is not solved but they're still working on getting it fixed so I can get tags for the vehicle. I appreciate all the help.

Called to see about their towing service and the woman rudely told me that no one was available this weekend as if I should be aware of that.

If your car gets towed by the city in mt Juliet this is where it will end up. The couple that run the place are very nice and helpful but the price was really high for only being there overnight.

After my sister’s death, her car was brought to this tow yard and subsequently released to an unauthorized party who does not have a claim to it as he is unrelated, uninsured, and unlicensed. He's a very nice guy but pretty expensive and if you can't get your vehicle within a couple hours it's $65.00 storage and from there it's $65.00 a day at the end of his business day that another $65.00 so my advice is get your vehicle back ASAP or call someone else , my wife dodged a dog and ran into a ditch and the police called him to get it didn't even give us a chance to get it done ourself we get paid every 2 weeks so it's gonna cost us $1375.00 to get our Jeep back !!!!!!!!!
