I work on everything I own, but there are times when even I must submit after looking at a big, clunky DSG transmission and decide, "Paul gets to work on this." I was scheduled for a dual-mass flywheel replacement, and subframe bushing replacement on Monday, but ended up having to reschedule for Tuesday. Even then, and despite not worrying how long it would take, my '07 VW GTI was ready mid-day on Wednesday. More than once has J&J saved my butt when my car left me stranded.. Very informative, honest, and extremely customer-service oriented people. Normally I wouldn't be happy that my car wouldn't start.....but because of a faulty computer that wouldn't read the chip in my key, I had the pleasure of meeting these guys. Not only are they friendly guys, they were honest about what needed to be fixed on my Mini Cooper today vs what could wait. I picked up my used mini about 9 months ago, and it needed a few things done as a 10 year old car needs.
