J & J Weatherization installed new central air and heat pump at the end of March, 2024. Recently, the outside unit fan stopped turning and the air conditioning stopped blowing cool air. As this was a weekend, I left a message about the issue. First thing Monday morning. They called and told me that the technician was out on a job, but would arrange to come out that afternoon. They did some work on my house and installed a new heat pump and installed a furnace thermostat to run it. I work in HVAC and noticed it when my house wasn't heating. The company I work for has tons of callbacks on J&J
They performed weatherization work on my home for the government assisted program. The results have been very impressive! My heating and cooling bills are reduced even in the current economy. J&J performed a numerous amount of equipment installations and weatherizations to our home. Not a single hour was wasted because they worked tirelessly and efficiently. The entire crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They wore face masks at all times which is very appreciated during the pandemic.
