I gave these guys a deposit of almost two grand. After some issues with them that I do not want to discuss in a public way so that their privacy can be respected, I canceled. This was just about two days later. Was first told I would have a refund in a couple days. Then ignored. Then got some lame excuse. BBB Complaint - no resolution. Heard from others that got stuck too and got all sorts of excuses why they were not able to refund money owed. Beware of these guys. I will update if I get my deposit back. Hey guys, avoid j and j plumbing at all costs!!!! We spent almost 8k on this broken pipe. Probably should have cancelled them when they were several hours late, or when they asked for an advance on a grand early due to medical bills, but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They finished the job and left a huge pile of rubble with a promise to come get it and also provide a receipt so we can file home owner insurance claim.
