Purchased a topper from these guys a couple years back and was pleased with the results, however once they have your money— support vanishes. Had one row of lights flicker a few months after installation and called to see if I can get a replacement for the switch, took my information down and never called back or texted, I figured mistakes happen and didn’t think much of it. I was shopping for a new tonneau cover for my new 2024 Ford Superduty F250. Lots of websites with the same product and the same price. I saw on the Vendor's website that if you purchased from one of their Dealer's that they double the Warranty. So, I called JJ Topper and their price was the same as all the websites, plus they installed it for free and doubled the warranty to 10 years! Outstanding service and price!!
J & J put an air lift on my company vehicle. They were pleasant to work with and helped me with documentation to apply for a rebate!
2019 Ordered a topper for a Ford 150. Waited 4 or 5 weeks and received a call that it was in. Went the next day, they don't have it. Ordered again, another wait, It comes in without the front folding windows. Another wait. When it comes in they want to charge for an installation fee I think of 75.00. Also wanted to charge extra for the underside spray coating. I called ARE and that comes standard. It's well worth driving 90 miles to another dealer.
