I read all the negative reviews, but still went there, I thought my unit is so simple and it's all under warranty, what can go wrong?? EVERYTHING. The most negative experience ever. The owner is the most arrogant liar and biggest and laziest scum bag I've seen in the consumer oriented business. He doesn't give a rat's arse about your equipment and your time.
