Leaving Charleston SC out stabilizers on the coach were not working. Heading to Marathon Key FL obviously concerned about finding quality and timely tech support. One call, on Friday, Jenevieve answered took our info and scheduled a call with Jason that afternoon. Good call saying if we got to Marathon Sunday, he would see us Monday AM. J & J are the best! Quick service on a smaller job and low cost. A very gracious and informative couple with loads of RV experiences.
Jason and his wife Jennevieve are awesome. Such a great team. Jason diagnosed the bad start capacitor on my rear AC unit quite quickly. Had a new one in the truck and demonstrated the good capacitor vs bad capacitor readings using his meter. After getting the unit running, he checked the compressor amp draw vs nameplate data to confirm all is well, and also checked the return air to supply air delta T to confirm there are were no other issues. I highly recommend Jason!
I am so glad that I found these guys to work on my Rv they were very thorough and helpful. Good people and a fair price. They got me going when I was ready to sell and start over but now I’m ready for the trip back to Kentucky.
