BEWARE! Business owner does not maintain liability insurance. Had scheduled a furnace replacement a week after inspection of existing furnace. Technician was set to meet me to obtain 50% payment, and I had told him that I would need proof of insurance before paying. At the 11th hour, I was told that the owner had misplaced his insurance during an office move. When I pressed them to get a copy from his insurance company, I was informed that the owner had let the insurance lapse for some time. Wasted a week of my time and left... read more
Called them to come service our AC. They told me they would come right out and never showed up. I called the next day first thing where I was told I had one other customer in front of me. Never called me back, showed up, or answered calls. I am now at the back of the line for a reputable company.
It has been 6 months , Still no rebate . Greg will not return calls

Did an OK job of installing the new furnace, however it has been over 8 months and I still have not received my rebate of $500-$600. I am sure if the roles where reversed they would be more contacting me, now they will not even return my calls. Very Frustrating...
