They out of their mind, trying to charge $460 to change two front shocks (just labor) do not come to this place, not professional, disrespectful, legal robbery, don’t recommend!!!
This place has saved me more than once!! First my starter went out and they were so fast and affordable getting it in. Yesterday my breaks rotors and caliber needed to be changed, they got me In that morning and had it ready by 4! I got a call this morning stating they needed to change the caliber due to the place they had got it from called and said it had a recall, I was at work. I took my car to them back in may to have a tune up and battery replacement. They kept my battery so that I was unable to get my core refund. They also broke the gear shaft hook. (I had to pay someone to go behind and replace it). When they replaced my battery, they didn’t put the posts on correctly (I have a top post battery). They didn’t tighten the cords and my car went dead and wouldn’t crank even with a boost. That led me to believe that my starter was messed up because my battery was new and so was my alternator. Had a radiator replaced several weeks ago at a fair price compared to others. They were flexible with drop off and pick up providing the service in the time given. I'll definitely give them a call next time I need a car repair.
I was overdue for a new timing belt and J&J quoted nearly half the price of other local mechanics. Quality service for fair price. Very friendly and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of, as a person who knows nothing about cars, and as a female. It was difficult to call and get an answer until the mid-day hours, but I had the time and flexibility to work with that. I asked them to check the brakes and the timing belt.
