Great service, they are honest and will make sure your car is fixed correctly. They are very friendly and professional. They also fixed my daughter car and did a great job!!!!
I got hit in a parking lot over a year ago. My car was fixed and I thought it was okay. Flash forward one year- my car has almost every dashlight on and the steering wheel was tight. I had to do something and I couldn’t go back to the person I’d originally had to repair my car. The owners of J&J are local to Chattanooga, and I work with one of their daughters. J and J truly cares about their customers. I had some issues with my car, and the mechanic fixed everything in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. Thank you for the excellent service!
