We have been a resident renting going on two years now. The first year was a little rough for getting help with issues, but since Fayola has joined their team, I am so much happier. The tech is always available when we need help or have an issue and she reaches out and follows up immediately.

James and the team connected me with a great rental property and have since been super responsive and made sure to follow through with any request that I have had with them. I can not brag enough about J & J Property Management During the winter storms, they made sure to keep a clear communication with me. They touched base with me to ensure my family was safe and to reassure me that he was on top of my work orders. I am so thankful that if something goes wrong, I have them on my side to help me. I have had such ease dealing with everyone here and I am so glad that I chose them to rent my home from.
