Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! I have no experience with their sales side of business but I have used them for repairs. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! They give you no receipt when you drop your equipment off. Then when you call on the promised finish date, they have NO idea what you are talking about....then, "oh yeah, I'll look at that soon". They do not call you when your repair is done. You have to keep calling them, leaving messages that go unreturned until you finally catch one of them. In my case it was th... read more
